Dressing up for Halloween as a group can be very fun especially if you are dressing up with your family. You can find many creative group Halloween costumes that will make this Halloween enjoyable for the whole gang. Halloween is not just for kids anymore so why shouldn’t parents get into the action. Dressing up as a family group would be a great concept for a party. It can help in many ways. For instance when people travel to the zoo or somewhere like Disney World they will have the whole family wear the same shirts or coordinating colors to keep them from getting lost. It will be easy to keep up with all your family members during Halloween if you all are dressed to match. This will help single them out with others as well.

Creative Group Costumes for Families:

The Incredibles: This is a great idea for parents if you have smaller children that love the Incredibles. The good thing about this group idea is that it can be adjusted based on how many people are in your group. If you had a family of four you could easily dress up with all the characters minus one child. Or if you are only a group of two you can choose two characters. This would be very fun to any young children.

The Flintstones: Enjoy a night out with an old cartoon. You can bring the Flintstones back to life! Dress up as your favorite Flintstone and if you have smaller children they can dress as Pebbles or Bam Bam.
This is a great costume idea for families with one or two small children.

Disney: Why not everyone dress up as their favorite Disney character. You can have so much fun and the possibilities are endless. You could stick to only one movie theme or interlink several. For instance, you could all dress in Toy Story costumes or dress in Disney superheroes.

Wizard of OZ: Dad could dress up as the great OZ, Mom as Dorothy and the kids could pick their favorite between the cowardly lion, the scarecrow and the tin man. This would be such a cute group costumes!

Blue Man Group: This would be a great group idea for families, adults or even kids. It can be very easy to make and be a cheap Halloween costumes online.

Scooby Doo Gang: Kids love Scooby! Why not join the fun with one of their favorite characters.

Hillbilly Family: This could be a lot of fun! It would be a great hit at any party. You can let your imagination run wild with this one. The possibilities are endless and you will defiantly have a one of a kind group costume. The good thing about this one is that you can throw this together very easy at the last minute and it can be very inexpensive.

Smurfs: Maybe your kids don’t know these cartoons but I am sure you are aware of them. These could also be a very fun and easy costume that would take very little expense.

Hippy Family: Just like the Hillbilly family. These costumes can be inexpensive and really easy to make. It’s a great idea if you are short on time and need to throw something together.

The Adams Family/Gothic Family: If you perhaps have older kids this might be a great group costume idea.

There are so many different creative group Halloween costumes out there and picking the right one for your family should not be too difficult. I only skimmed the surface to what is available to you.
